Features

High-precision measurement
A clear 3D image is displayed on a monitor by employing the optical design technology of using the 1/3" SONY Super HAD CCDTM camera with 0.41 million pixels and a lens for a high-definition, high-resolution, and high-quality image, instead of an ocular, so as to enhance work efficiency of a worker.
Supporting various magnification lenses
Various magnification lenses ranging from a low to high magnification of X2400 are supported for various uses for business, schools, research areas, etc. 3-dimensional inspection can be performed by using excellent depth and clear lens.
Easy image storage and processing
After inspection, an image that is to be stored is captured and stored easily by using the Memory/Live Button on the camera or the Foot switch on the main body, so as to conveniently support the image processing work.
Memory function provided in the main body
You can load an image from the PC easily, and perform various functions such as editing, storage, and outputting by using an SD Card/USB. Additionally, the image is stored in the internal/external memory (5GB at maximum), and the image can be divided into 4/9/16 areas for performing comparison.

Convenient focus adjustment
A focus can be adjusted (from near to far) simply by holding a camera and using a rotational knob or adjusting a fine or coarse focus adjustment screw easily so as to perform optimum image inspection.
Contact/Non-contact inspection method
You can use Stage Viewer for inspection like a microscope after fixing a camera to Stage Viewer and operating a coarse focus screw and the fine focus screw. Additionally, you can also use the contact-type inspection method performed by capturing an image of a complete product simply by using a camera without have to perform sampling work.

Stage Accessory for convenient inspection
Used for inspecting a pattern of a large sample that needs lighting from the bottom side ( X:75mm, Y:60mm)
In the case of inspection at a high magnification, the stage accessory is mounted like a microscope stage ( X:70mm, Y:40mm).

  • Contact or non-contact type used for inspecting fiber, tools, jewelry, and the like (contact or non-contact type)

  • When a camera is mounted on the stage, inspecting metal, a material, a general surface, and the like by radiating light freely without light reflection (non-contact type)

  • Inspecting microbes, LCD, PDP, various films, and the like by using lighting on the lower part of the stage (non-contact type)

Three-dimensional observation in various directions

When a camera is mounted on the stage, adjustment can be performed in left and right directions at an angle from 0 to 45 degrees, for three-dimensionally observing side parts of an object.

Optional microscope with a high magnification
  • It is easy to adjust a field of depth and a focus and perform three-dimensional inspection, which has been difficult when using the existing high magnification lenses.
  • The microscope can be simply operated at a low to high magnification (X2400) at a lower price and used with various lenses.
  • Just one microscope can be applied to inspection of various subjects such as microbes, metal, fiber, etc.
  • The product can be used to meticulously observe a polished sample such as a semiconductor wafer, metal, a mineral, a surface of a mirror, etc., which are highly reflected, by supporting a co-axial lighting type.
