This instrument is a system for inspecting states of small holes inside a circle by adopting a camera type in consideration of an inside diameter, a location and size of a hole, definition of an image, etc.
The software is configured so that two cameras are displayed at the same time, and can select and store images and moving pictures captured by each camera.
A round jig is used to adopt a soft rotation inspection method for efficient inspection of a product. Thus, rotation is easily performed and inspection can be performed conveniently. When a product is placed on the jig, the instruments rotates to inspect a necessary area.
Two cameras are equipped inside a cabinet. A damage to the equipment that may be caused by external shock or the like can be prevented. Additionally, the instrument is designed to move upwards or downwards which may be needed for changing a product.
Two fixing jigs are provided to inspect products having different apertures. Two holes in a product can be inspected at the same time according to locations of holes. A holder is provided to prevent loss of the jigs.
The jig can be optionally developed according to an inside aperture.
The jig can be conveniently fixed and separated by employing a pin method for easy replacement.
